As far as Comenius grant is concerned I got the refund in October. I hope you'll get it soon as well.

I've just read your post once again and noticed you got your money at last.

I wish you all lots and lots of all the good things in the world.
Regarding the money, I got 80% of it, then they wrote me a letter telling me to send them the certificate of attendance so that they could give me the 20% left, I did, and now I'm waiting for my 20% (:-D). But at least I've already been paid most of it.
As we say in Spanish: "Las cosas de palacio van despacio" (= The affairs of the palace (meaning things to do with high political circles) go slowly.
